Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki was the oldest of three daughters. She was born to Eileen Dolan Medvey (Psychotherapist, 8] and Dimitrios R. Psaki (Greek, Demetrios R. Psakes), both of whom were real estate agents. Her grandfather had come to Greece in 1904 and her mother was of Irish origin. In 1976, her parents were married. Psaki is also of Polish descent. She graduated from Greenwich High School 1996. In 2000, she graduated from the College of William & Mary with an education in English and sociology. She is an active Chi Omega sorority member. At William & Mary, Psaki was a backstroke athlete for the William & Mary Tribe athletic team for two years. Psaki began her career in 2001 with the re-election campaigns of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki later became John Kerry's press secretary. Psaki was also the communications director for Joseph Crowley in the U.S. and was the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from 2005 to the year 2006. MSNBC announced Psaki as a political analyst for 2022 United States Elections and during the presidential campaign in 2024. In 2023 she will host a show on MSNBC’s Peacock streaming site. Her first television appearance came on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where she discussed the Robb Elementary School shooting.
